My best dish was Hwue Jeongsik in Yeosu. Yeosu is a port town in Korea. It is called the most beautiful port in Korea and there are a lot of sea food. Yeosu’s seafood is fresh, various, delicious and cheap.
Hwue Jeongsik of Yeosu is composed with various dishes.
First, light and cold dishes are served up. For example, many kinds of slices of raw fish, shrimps and salad.
Next, hot plates such as cutlet, fried seafood are served up.
Finally, rice and side dishes are served up. All of the dishes are very delicious and the portions are large.
The price of this course is 30,000 won. (about $30) The price is a half compare to Seoul restaurants. So I love it and I used to go to to Yeosu with my friends many times for having Hwue Jeongsik.
