Interstellar is a movie by Christopher Nolan. I do not like him very much, his movie is good to defense friend’s blame. If the movie was not good, friend cannot blame for me. Because It’s Nolan’s movie! So I use his movie by this purpose.
Watching Interstellar was the same. I do not like cosmos and exploration movie. In fact, I hate that genre. But It’s Nolan’s movie!
I saw it in Megabox Yeonsinnae with my companions. They had huge interest on this movie since many months ago.
Interstellar Summary
<Interstellar> is about exploration interstellar same as the name. In near future, people suffer from the environment of the Earth. Food insufficiency, dust, unclean air make people live hard. Few scientist find a solution. The solution is to find a new planet which is able to live. Some scientist went to find it, but they did not come back. As three of them have sent messages regularly, remained people plan to go there. They prepare a spaceship and train to adjust to space’s life. Then, the main character (Matthew McConaughey) visits the scientists. They surprise that and suggest him to operate the spaceship.
The main character, Matthew McConaughey, was an astronaut. He took all training for space flight. As he got the propose suddenly, he worried a while. Because the space flight takes long time about 2~30 years and nobody sures his coming back home, he worried his little children. However, he decides to go for his children’s future. He wants his children to live better environment. He leaves the earth and remained professor starts to teach Matthew’s little daughter to raise a scientist.
Matthew’s long trip is interesting. Matthew and his companions go the three planet, which has sent signals, in order of distance. The distance is really far, about 2~30 years.
Their long trip is failed again and again. First signal was wrong. The first planet, which they visit the first, is water land. All surface is covered by water, there is no land. The scientist to visit there was died as soon as visiting there because of big waves.
Next planet them to visit was ice land. The scientist to visit there is still live by ice sleeping. However, the scientist is a bad guy. He wants to live, so he sent wrong signal. The bad guy make all member hard. He tries to kill Matthew and start alone to steal their spaceship. But, he does not operate (he is not an astronaut, he is just a scientist) the spaceship. Finally, he breaks the machine and die by an explosion. After all, Matthew and Anne lives. Anne flights the last planet and Matthew comes back home by going into blackhole.
Happy ending.
